When mediating in employment, we find and recruit ideal workers for you, who you can hire immediately in your company. With our expertise and experience, we find the best candidates to meet your requirements.

We evaluate the skills of the candidates and identify the employees who will be most compatible for you and your company.

It is also possible to combine the model of employee assignment with employment mediation. Test workers from our existing base of employees in the work environment and hire them directly in your company.

Mediation procedure

Finding adequate employees by the agency

Concluding mediation agreements between employers and the agency

Implementation of the procedure for hiring employees by the agency, in cooperation with the employer's accounting department

Issuing a one-time invoice for compensation after the probationary period

Employment mediation costs

  • One-time costs for work and other permits in the amount of approximately HRK 1000.00
  • Minimum wage according to the Law of the Republic of Croatia
  • Transportation of employees from the airport in the Republic of Croatia and accommodation
  • One-time fee to the agency in the amount of HRK 500.00
  • The Agency reserves the right to reduce its own compensation in case of employing a larger number of employees
