Employee assignment services

Assignment of workers is actually hiring of employees who can be imported directly from their home country or from the agency’s current employee base. We will select an employee for you who meets all the requirements of your company.

We evaluate the competencies of the candidates and identify the employees who will be most compatible for you and your company. 

It is also possible to combine the model of employee assignment with employment mediation. Test employees from our existing employee database (or we will “import” them just for you) in your work environment and hire them directly in your company. 

The procedure for the assignment of workers

  • Direct import of employees or hiring of employees from the agency's database
  • Conclusion of an assignment agreement between the employer and the agency
  • Execution of the process of hiring workers by the agency
  • Issuing a monthly invoice to the employer

Employee assignment costs

  • Fee to the agency for a minimum of 3 months
  • The amount of compensation is 10-15% of the Gross 2 minimum wage according to the Law of the Republic of Croatia
